Spring Back Nashville is a branch of the
Isaiah 58 ministry that empowers disenfranchised men by providing employment
through recycling used mattresses.
Isaiah
58 is Belmont's ministry to the poor and disenfranchised in
Nashville. Through the Isaiah 58 ministry, Belmont is able
to extend a lifeline to those with short-term needs, as well
as develop long-term relationships with
individuals and families trapped in a cycle of poverty.
Isaiah 58 is unique in that it provides an array of ministry
opportunities. The Isaiah 58 bus, for example, serves as a
mobile outreach to several economically depressed areas of
the city where food and refreshment are provided. Room-In-the-Inn
provides
overnight shelter and a hot meal to the homeless during the
winter months. A prison ministry reaches into local jails.
In total, Isaiah 58 has twelve different types of outreaches
into the city.
