You may also choose to share this information for others in your household.

We value your privacy. For that reason, all requests to join the directory must be verified. You will either receive an email with directory directions or will be contacted for more information within 3 business days of filling out this form. Thank you for understanding!
TERMS OF USE
The Belmont Church Directory is to be used for Belmont Church-related communications only, and good manners are expected. It is NOT to be used to solicit money from members, promote any business, agenda, political affiliation, etc. If you violate this policy, you will lose access to the directory.
